Who we are

Lenduh is a lending and cooperative management platform for Philippine cooperatives, lending companies, and microfinance institutions. It brings three groups that usually work apart — your back-office team, your field collectors, and your members — into one connected system, from borrower records and loan releases to field collections, online payments, accounting, CDA reporting, and a member self-service portal.

Lenduh is built and operated by Codero Digital Labs Services OPC, a Philippine company. We are not a foreign tool translated for the local market. We are a local team building for an industry we understand — coops governed by the CDA and RA 9520, lenders that live and die by their collection discipline, and the bookkeepers who still carry month-end on their shoulders. The same people who build Lenduh are the people who answer when you write in for support.

Why we built Lenduh

Walk into most Philippine coops and lending offices and you find the same picture: a stack of spreadsheets that only one person truly understands, a drawer of paper ledgers and PDCs, a separate accounting file that has to be reconciled by hand, and field collectors with notebooks whose totals don't match the office until someone sits down and forces them to.

Nothing is connected. A payment collected in the field is a phone call, a text, and a manual entry before it ever touches the books. Month-end is a scramble. CDA reports are rebuilt from scratch every cycle. And when a member or an examiner asks a simple question — what is this borrower's real balance, where did this cash go — the honest answer is often “give us a few days.”

We built Lenduh because that gap between the field, the office, and the books is where errors, leakage, and stress live. When a collector posts a payment on their phone, it should flow straight into the borrower's loan, the official receipt, and the journal — once, correctly, with a trail. That is the problem Lenduh exists to solve.

Built for Philippine rules, not retrofitted to them

Compliance here is not a checkbox you add later — it is the shape of the work. So Lenduh is built around it from the ground up.

The chart of accounts is CDA-aligned and double-entry, with journals that post automatically as you release loans and record payments. The platform prepares the CDA report pack — CAPR, CAFS, PAR, SAR, LOTA, and MEDCON — with a mark-submitted workflow, alongside loan classification and allowance for credit losses under CDA MC 2020-18, PESOS performance rating, and an AMLA Covered-Transaction Report (CTR) detector. Surplus allocation follows the RA 9520 statutory funds, and patronage refunds and member distributions follow CDA MC 2019-09.

Two points we are careful to be honest about. First, Lenduh prepares these outputs so they are exam-ready, but it does not e-file with regulators on your behalf — that submission stays with you. And second, online payments are led by QRPh, with card and e-wallet options handled via Xendit. It is built for how the Philippines runs, because that is the only place we build for.

How we work with you

Moving a coop or lending company onto new software is not a download — it's a decision the whole office has to trust. So we treat onboarding as a shared project, not a handoff.

You can start with a 30-day free trial and self-serve sign-up. From there, we help configure your coop profile, chart of accounts, branch structure, and user roles to match how your team already works, so you're operational early rather than weeks in. Data migration is free: we bring your borrowers, loans, payments, members, and share-capital records over from spreadsheets or a legacy system and map them for you — you verify the result. We train every role that touches the system, from office admins and finance staff to branch managers, field collectors, and members. And we stay on after go-live for the questions and changes that always come up in the first real month-end.

Field collectors and members work from an installable mobile web app (PWA) — no app-store download required. Lenduh runs on multi-branch support and role-based permissions, on plans that scale with your size — whether you're one office or many branches.

How we treat your data — and the truth

You are trusting us with your members' personal information, your borrowers' KYC, and the real money that moves through your books. We don't take that lightly.

Borrower personal and KYC data is stored encrypted. Tenants are isolated from one another so your data is yours alone. Access is governed by role-based permissions and maker-checker approvals, protected by two-factor authentication and an optional admin IP allowlist, and every meaningful action is written to a searchable audit log you can hand to an examiner. Receipts are issued as Official Receipts with a QR code that anyone can verify on a public page — so a member never has to wonder whether a receipt is real.

We are just as deliberate about honesty in how we describe ourselves. Lenduh includes a built-in AI assistant that answers staff questions over your own live data — and it is strictly read-only; it never posts or edits anything. We tell you plainly what the platform does and does not do, including where compliance work remains yours. We don't quote prices we haven't finalized, and we don't claim numbers, clients, or certifications we can't stand behind.

What we stand for

  • Honest about what we do — and what we don't. We describe the platform plainly, including where compliance work stays with you, and we never claim numbers or credentials we can't back up.
  • Built for the Philippines first. CDA, BIR, RA 9520, and QRPh aren't add-ons — they're the foundation.
  • Your data is yours. Encrypted borrower records, tenant isolation, audit trails, and verifiable receipts, because trust is the whole business.
  • One team, end to end. The people who build Lenduh are the people who onboard, train, and support you.
  • We earn the relationship. Guided onboarding, free migration, and ongoing support — we set you up and stay with you.
